AW17 saw the beginning of a new, bolder and more distinctive creative direction for Karen Millen brand. As part of developing it’s core identity and values, the label underwent a series of rebranding, redefining who their customer is and relating to her directly.
My involvement in the project as Lead Digital Designer, was to understand and develop the digital proposition, reflecting the brand values through the digital channels, through design development, re-templating and interpreting how customers interact with site touchpoints, through to simplifying the customer journey
